Quality

Electroservices quality policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of our Customers. Electroservices is dedicated to continually improving and maintaining standards and investing in systems, training and procedures that enable us to constantly improve performance, efficiency and knowledge. It is the Directors wish to ensure that the Company fully complies with Quality Management system, which shall be subject to internal and external audit at regular intervals. This will provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives, and enable a structured and consistent approach to business, maximise internal efficiency and maintain through its adoption, the very highest standards of Customer care possible. The Management of the Company is committed to:

  • Good professional practice and to the promotion of continually improving the effectiveness of its Quality Management System.
  • Ensuring that the needs of customers, UKAS and Company accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ISO 9001:2008 can be met by the Quality System.
  • Provide appropriate training to all employees to enable them to carry out their tasks and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Complying with the requirements of UKAS, ISO 17025:2005 and ISO 9001:2008

This policy statement is to be reviewed for continuing suitability and shall be communicated to, understood and followed by all personnel at all levels employed within the Company.


Environmental

Electroservices is one of the leading independent calibration companies in the UK. Expertise in all market sectors gives Electroservices the ability to calibrate and repair mechanical, electronic and electrical instruments for large and small organisations, nationally and locally. Resulting from its normal operations, Electroservices views its use of energy as its major impact on the environment. In particular, Electroservices will continually explore ways to reduce its use of electricity, packing and transport. Electroservices commitment to minimising its impact on the environment includes:

  • Compliance with environmental legislation & the requirements of ISO 14001:2004
  • Management of activities to prevent pollution.
  • To continually improve our environmental performance through the setting and review of realistic and achievable objectives.
  • Provide environmental training to all staff relevant to their job title.
  • Ensuring that all staff are aware of and comply with this policy and all Company environmental procedures.

Additionally, this policy will be:

  • Made available to all interested parties.
  • Reviewed annually.


Health & Safety

It is the policy of this Company that the Company will ensure so far as is reasonably practicable:

  • The health, safety and welfare of all its employees while they are at work (in whatever operation or location), of visitors to Company premises and operations and of others who may be affected by its actions or omissions.
  • The provision of safe systems of work that are without risks to health with necessary supervision and control mechanisms to ensure health & safety.
  • The maintenance of a working environment that is safe and without risks to health and the provision of adequate facilities and arrangements for welfare at work.
  • The provision of plant, machinery, equipment and vehicles, whether owned or hired in conditions that are safe and without risks to health and to provide systems for inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safe conditions.
  • That, arrangements are in place for ensuring safety and absence of risks to health in connection with the use, handling, storage and transportation of articles and substances.
  • The provision of such information, instruction, training and supervision necessary to ensure the health & safety at work of employees, and information to contractors and others who may be affected by the Company's operation or products.
  • The provision of a safe means of access to movement within and egress from places of work.
  • Co-operation with and involvement of employees in meeting health & safety objectives.
  • Review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.
